GREENVILLE TOGETHER
Greenville Together will functionally end unsheltered homelessness through a comprehensive community response to ensure it is prevented whenever possible, or if it can’t be prevented, it is a rare, brief, and non-recurring experience.
By December 2025, the initiative will help 80 unsheltered individuals find permanent housing—50 through immediate housing placements and 30 through stability supports.
A Year of Action
The One-Year Action Plan is built around two key focus areas—taking immediate steps to reduce unsheltered homelessness and raise community awareness, while also laying the foundation for long-term, sustainable solutions.
Designed to create meaningful reductions in unsheltered homelessness and increase community understanding of the issue.
Build public awareness and mobilize support for long-term solutions.
Develop a plan to finance and construct high-quality permanent supportive housing (PSH).
