Our Work

How We Respond

Homelessness response isn’t one program. It’s connected efforts — each solving a different part of the problem, from keeping people housed in the first place to helping them exit homelessness for good.

We work across the full homelessness response continuum, aligning partners and strengthening systems so people can move from crisis to housing faster.

Prevention

Stopping housing loss before it happens.

Crisis Response

Meeting immediate needs with shelter, outreach and support.

Re-Housing

Helping people move into stable, permanent homes.

System-wide Improvements

Making the whole system work better, faster and smarter.

Street Outreach

Our in-house outreach team meets people where they are, on the street and without judgment.

01 · Prevention — Keeping People Housed

Before someone loses housing, there’s a window to intervene.

  • Housing stabilization support
  • Growing income and access to benefits
  • Long-term support for households exiting homelessness
  • A stronger safety net — rental and utility assistance, landlord navigation, resource navigation

02 · Crisis Response — Meeting People Where They Are

Not a single program — a connected system built to reach people quickly and guide them toward housing.

  • Multiple points of entry
  • Rapid, humane engagement
  • Clear pathways into housing
  • Accessible basic needs support — restrooms, showers, laundry, food

03 · Re-housing — Into Permanent Housing

How people move out of homelessness — whether they’ve been living on the street or staying in shelter — and into permanent housing that lasts.

  • Rapid exits from shelter or unsheltered homelessness
  • Strategic housing placements
  • Ongoing stabilization support in the critical first months
  • Affordable housing options that fit the needs of individuals and families exiting homelessness

04 · Systemwide Improvements

Cross-cutting work that makes every other pillar more effective.

  • One shared housing pipeline
  • Shared data and dashboards
  • Coordinated outreach and navigation
  • Continuous quality improvement · public education

Centralized Housing Navigation

Housing opportunities are managed as a shared community resource — not competed over by individual providers. Coordinates search and placement, engages landlords, tracks unit availability, supports retention. Result: faster placements, better matches, stronger landlord relationships.

05 · Street Outreach

Meeting people where they are — literally.
